We are delighted to announce that Dr Abi Diamond and Jack Wilkin have been appointed as the new Learning & Evaluation Lead and Data Insight Analyst respectively.

Abi has more than a decade’s experience of designing and developing evaluation tools to monitor the effectiveness of social change programs. She has held leadership roles for 12 years and was managing director of CFE Research for the last eight years. Additionally, Abi has led multi-million pound evaluations and a significant array of evaluations of social change and leadership programs on behalf of UK Government departments and agencies. She is passionate about innovative evaluation methods and participatory approaches, and aspires to ensure that all stakeholders have ownership of and an investment in the learning and evaluative process.

With a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Poverty Reduction: Policy and Practice, Jack brings a wealth of experience in analysis, project management, reporting, relationship-building and data strategy.

Jack’s commitment to tackling inequities and creating an inclusive environment for all has led him to develop Diversity & Inclusion strategies and programs of activities to drive forward trans-inclusion across the organizations he has worked for. Previously he worked for the major UK charity, Comic Relief, as Transparency and Reporting Lead. Jack continues to hold voluntary roles aimed at reducing inequities.
