The Atlantic Institute is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program and Impact Lead, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This permanent role will require someone with a critical understanding of the diverse root causes of inequities in Africa to work with our team to build a strongly connected lifelong community of Senior Fellows and program staff. This role will have a focus on supporting regional and continental efforts in Africa but will also serve and work with a global community that is seeking to accelerate the eradication of global inequities.

The successful candidate will need to show a commitment (in thinking and action) to fairer, healthier and more inclusive societies. They will need to be highly experienced in leading critical and transformative curriculum design with strong collaboration and facilitation skills. Ideally, they will have a postgraduate qualification in a thematic area relevant to the Atlantic Fellows’ mission (for example, the social sciences, education and policy).
