The Atlantic Fellows program empowers communities of emerging leaders to advance fairer, healthier, more inclusive societies.

Atlantic Fellows are a global community of leaders— activists, artists, journalists, health professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, teachers, lawyers, policymakers, and others—who collaborate to advance equity, opportunity and human dignity.

Fellows are thinkers and doers with innovative ideas and the courage, conviction and capacity to bring lasting improvements to their communities and the world.

Six Atlantic Fellows Programs. One Global Community.

Atlantic Fellows come from around the world to collaborate across disciplines and borders to understand and address the root causes of pressing problems. The six Atlantic Fellows programs are based at eight host organizations in six countries.
